Nothing new is exposed to the internet
You are being asked to approve a cloud tool that wants to know about facility storage, which is normally where the conversation gets difficult.
The program in the building only sends out
It does not open a port and does not accept connections. There is no inbound path to approve.
Credentials never leave
Logins for your storage and media systems stay in the facility. They are never uploaded.
Facts travel, files do not
"A master exists", "a file landed", "a cut was updated". Never the media itself.
